Emotional Regulation & Confidence Skills for Children (Ages 7-12)

In today's fast-paced world, many children feel overwhelmed by school demands, social pressures, and big emotions.

The Calm & Confidence Series is a structured, small-group program designed to help children learn practical tools for managing stress, building emotional awareness, and responding to challenges with confidence.

​

This is not therapy.  It is skill-building in a supportive structured environment.

What Children Will Learn

Each session integrates:

  • Breathing techniques for calming the body

  • Gentle yoga and movement for nervous system regulation

  • Music and rhythm-based relaxation practices

  • Nature-based grounding activities

  • Guided discussions to build confidence and resilience

  • Take-home tools to reinforce learning

Is This Program Right for My Child?

This program may be especially supportive for children who:

  • Feel emotions deeply

  • Become overwhelmed easily

  • Benefit from structured, nurturing environments

  • Thrive in small groups

  • Need practical tools for emotional regulation

The program is appropriate for children with a wide range of personalities and needs, whether or not they are receiving additional supports.

Spring 2026 Session Details

  • Ages 7-12

  • Group Size:  10-12 children maximum

  • Format:  Four-session series 

  • Day & Time:  Saturdays, 1:00-2:15 pm

  • Location: Healing Hooves Therapy 7495 Azure Las Vegas, NV 89130 -Centennial Hills​​

Spring Session:  

March 28 ~  Body Awareness & Emotional Balance

 April 11   ~   Music & Movement for Calm  (includes a sound bath) 

 April 18   ~   Nature & Grounding  (Includes painting & potting)

 April 25   ~   The Circle of Control

Enrollment is intentionally limited to preserve a calm

connected group environment.

This high adult-to-child ratio allows for personalized support and adaptability for a wide range of personalities and learning styles.

Investment

Early Bird: $170.00 per child - Closes March 19 at 9:00 pm

After Early Bird: $200.00 first child, $175.00 Sibling  

Registration due by March 26 at midnight​
